Water hygiene and Legionella control
D H Mercer provide a full range of water hygiene services which comply with the Legionella Control Association's Code of Conduct for Service Providers.
All our surveys, treatments and monitoring is conducted in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice and Guidance - L8 (ACOP).
A thorough site survey and full Legionella Risk Assessment will be undertaken by a specialist member of our team who will assess the plant and systems thoroughly, resulting in a risk assessment and ongoing monitoring and maintenance programme.

Disinfection
We offer a range of treatments designed to restore your service to full functionality:
- Chlorine (Sodium hypochlorite)
- Chlorine Dioxide (penetrates biofilms and is unaffected by pH)

- Copper and Silver ion generation plant
